Standard shipping typically takes 5-7 business days for delivery within the United States. Shipping costs for standard delivery will be calculated at checkout based on the weight of the order and the shipping destination.Expedited Shipping:
If you need your order sooner, we offer expedited shipping, which typically delivers within 2-3 business days. Expedited shipping costs will be calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.International Shipping:
We offer international shipping to select countries. Delivery times and shipping fees for international orders will vary depending on the destination. Customs duties and taxes may apply, and these are the responsibility of the customer.
2. Order Processing and Handling
Order Fulfillment:
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days from the time of purchase. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day. You will receive an email confirmation once your order is shipped, including tracking information for your convenience.Shipping Delays:
While we strive to meet our estimated delivery times, BOLDCITY is not responsible for shipping delays caused by third-party carriers, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances. In the event of a delay, we will notify you and provide assistance in tracking your order.
3. Lost or Stolen Packages
Once a package has been marked as delivered by the carrier, BOLDCITY is not responsible for lost or stolen items. If your package is lost or stolen after delivery, we encourage you to contact the carrier directly to file a claim. You may also contact our customer service team for assistance.
4. Shipping Restrictions
P.O. Boxes:
We do not currently ship to P.O. Boxes. Please provide a valid street address for delivery.Multiple Shipping Addresses:
If you need to ship to multiple addresses, you will need to place separate orders for each address.
5. Address Accuracy
It is the customer’s responsibility to provide accurate and complete shipping information. If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping charges to reship the package.
