1. Returns Policy

  • Eligibility for Returns:
    You may return unused, unworn, and undamaged jewelry within 30 days from the date of delivery. All returned items must be in their original condition, including packaging, certificates, tags, and receipts. If the product is customized or engraved, it cannot be returned unless there is a manufacturing defect.

  • Non-Returnable Items:
    Certain items, such as earrings and other body jewelry, are non-returnable for hygiene reasons. If you are unsure whether an item is eligible for return, please contact our customer service team before initiating the return.

  • How to Return:
    To initiate a return, please email us at info@boldcity.xyz with your order number and the reason for the return. We will provide a return authorization number and return instructions. Please securely pack the returned items to prevent any damage during shipping.

  • Return Shipping Fees:
    Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item. We recommend using a trackable shipping service for returns, as we are not responsible for lost return packages.


2. Refund Policy

  • Refund Processing:
    After receiving your returned item(s), we will inspect the jewelry to ensure it meets the return requirements. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

  • Damaged or Defective Products:
    If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately within 7 days of receiving your order. We will provide a full refund or replacement, including covering the return shipping costs for faulty products.

  • Shipping Fees:
    Shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases where the item is defective, damaged, or if we made an error with your order. In such cases, we will cover both the return shipping and the cost of reshipping a replacement item.


3. Exchanges

  • Exchanges Policy:
    We do not offer direct exchanges for jewelry. If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or style, please return the original item and place a new order for the desired item.
